12 varieties of heirloom tomatoes
Ingredients:
  • Dressing for the steak:
  • 1 # heirloom tomatoes
  • 6 oz good Tuscan olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 15 leaves of fresh basil
  • corn from 2 blanched ears
  • crumble on top 2 ounces goat cheese
Plate up the ratatouille and lay the sliced steak over top and then pour the tomato and corn dressing on top.
